Web Working Limited, trading as Marriage Gravity ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your personal data and handling it lawfully, fairly and transparently, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it.

2. The data we collect
We collect only what we need. Depending on how you use our website and services, this may include:
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, and any details you provide when you complete our application form or contact us.
- Application data: the answers you give in the "Win Her Back" diagnostic call form.
- Order and account data: purchases, programme access, correspondence, complaints and support requests.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, and how you interact with our website (where you allow it).
Please do not send us sensitive personal data (such as health records, government identifiers, or full card/bank numbers) through our forms or by email.

4. Marketing communications
If you have opted in, we may send you emails with information and offers about our products and those of our partners. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each email, or by contacting us. We may keep basic statistics on the emails we send (for example, opens and clicks) to improve our communications.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers ("processors") who help us operate, under contracts requiring appropriate safeguards. These currently include:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, security and delivery.
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel) — CRM, marketing automation, funnels and, where applicable, payment processing.
- Twilio SendGrid — email delivery.
- Calendly — booking of diagnostic calls.
- Typeform — application forms and questionnaires.
- Zapier — connecting and automating the tools above.
We may also disclose your data where required by law, by a court, or a regulator, or to establish or defend legal claims.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law (such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum) to ensure your data is protected.
7. How long we keep your data
- Marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Order and accounting data: kept for as long as required to give you access to what you purchased and to meet our legal and accounting obligations (generally up to 6 years).
- Email engagement statistics: kept for up to 3 years.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to its processing; data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@marriagegravity.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, measure audience and, where you consent, for marketing. You can control cookies through your browser and our cookie settings. See our Cookie Policy for details.
10. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No system is completely secure; if a data breach is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the ICO as required by law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law. Where changes are significant we will notify you via the website or by email where possible. Please review this page periodically.
