Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and use of the products and services offered by Web Working Limited, trading as Marriage Gravity ("we", "us", "the Company"), through the website marriagegravity.co.uk. By purchasing or using our services, you ("the Customer") accept these terms in full.

1. About us

Web Working Limited (trading as Marriage Gravity)

Registered in England and Wales, company no. 16771225

71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom

contact@marriagegravity.com

2. Application of these terms

These terms apply to all sales made through our website and form part of the contract between you and the Company. The version that applies is the one in force at the date of your order (or first payment, for instalment plans). We may change these terms at any time by publishing a new version; changes do not affect orders already placed. By placing an order you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that you have read and accepted these terms.

3. Our products and services

We provide online training and coaching programmes in the form of digital content and digital services. These may include access to a training platform, video or digital content, a private community, live sessions, personalised feedback and content updates. The specific features, duration and any accompaniment for each programme are described on the relevant offer page. Access is strictly personal, individual and non-transferable; you agree not to share your login details or redistribute our content. Testimonials and examples are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee of results.

4. Orders and formation of the contract

To place an order you will typically: review the offer, choose a programme, provide the required information, accept these terms, review your order and pay. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. We may refuse or cancel any order in the event of an abnormal request, suspected fraud, bad faith, or breach of these terms.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Our services are digital, so no delivery charges apply. We may change our prices at any time for the future. Payment is due immediately on order. Where an instalment plan is offered, it is a payment facility and not a cancellable subscription; you agree to pay the full price of the order regardless of your actual use of the services. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; by providing your card details you confirm you are the lawful holder and authorise the charge.

6. Access to digital content and services

Unless stated otherwise on the offer page, access is provided immediately after payment is confirmed, in the form of a link to a platform, a members' area, a private group, and/or content sent by email. You are responsible for providing a valid email address. If you do not receive your access, contact contact@marriagegravity.com and we will use reasonable efforts to restore access promptly. No physical delivery is made.

7. Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract without giving a reason.

Important exceptions for digital content and services:

At checkout, before payment, you expressly request immediate performance and access, acknowledge that access begins immediately, and agree that you lose your statutory right to cancel to the extent set out above. This does not affect your rights where a service is faulty or not as described.

8. Guarantees and results

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are under an obligation of means, not of result: the outcomes you achieve depend on your involvement, your application of the methods, and factors outside our control. No specific result is guaranteed. Some offers may include a separate conditional commercial guarantee; where they do, its terms are set out on the relevant offer page. Such a guarantee is a distinct commercial commitment and is not a guarantee of results.

9. Nature of our services

Our programmes are coaching and education in personal development. We do not provide legal advice, medical or psychological advice, or therapy. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make in your personal and relational life.

10. Intellectual property

All trademarks, domain names, content, software, images, videos and text made available through our website and products are and remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you. Any reproduction, modification or use, in whole or in part, for any purpose, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your application of the advice provided on the website or within our products, or for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms affects the non-excludable rights you have as a consumer.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at contact@marriagegravity.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We will inform you of any such event as soon as possible.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you benefit from in your country of residence.
